PUTRAJAYA Jan 24: The health ministry has reported 3,446 Covid-19 cases and 11 deaths in the past 24 hours.
Health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said there were 4,427 recoveries, bringing the total number of those discharged to 141,446.
In a statement, Noor Hisham said the total number of infections now stands at 183,801.
There are 41,667 active cases with 265 patients being treated in intensive care and 102 requiring respiratory assistance.
Meanwhile, the 11 deaths bring the death toll to 678.
