Kuala Lumpur Feb 7 : The health ministry has reported 3,731 Covid-19 cases and 15 deaths in the past 24 hours.
Health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said there were 3,369 recoveries, bringing the total number of those discharged to 190,339.
In a statement, Noor Hisham said the total number of infections now stands at 242,452.
There are 51,421 active cases with 292 patients being treated in intensive care and 140 requiring respiratory assistance.
Meanwhile, the 15 deaths take the death toll to 872.
