KUALA LUMPUR, April 24 — Perlis Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Azlan Man has been appointed as the Perlis UMNO chairman to replace Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim, said UMNO president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
Ahmad Zahid said the appointment took effect today.
“We would like to record our utmost thanks to Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim for his services throughout his tenure,” he said in a statement today.
