Kuala Lumpur , June 9 — The health ministry has reported 6,239 Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours.
In a tweet, health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said Selangor recorded the highest number of infections with 2,291, followed by Kuala Lumpur at 704 and Negeri Sembilan at 507.
Perlis, which is the smallest state in Malaysia, recorded with 4 new infections, followed by the Federal Territories of Putrajaya at 17.
