Kuala Lumpur , June 23 — The health ministry has reported 5,244 Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours.
In a tweet, health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the total number of infections now stands at 711,006.
Selangor recorded the highest number of cases with 2001.
This was followed by Negeri Sembilan (677) and Sarawak (577). While Putrajaya has 13 cases and Perlis recorded 1 new cases today.
