Kuala Lumpur , June 26 — The health ministry has reported 5,803 Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours.
In a tweet, health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the total number of infections now stands at 728,462.
Selangor recorded the highest number of cases with 2108.
This was followed by Negeri Sembilan (741),Kuala Lumpur ( 628) and Sarawak (491) . While Putrajaya has 24 cases and Perlis recorded 4 new cases today.
