Kuala Lumpur, Aug 20 — The health ministry has reported 23,564 Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours.
In a tweet, health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the total number of infections now stands at 1,513,024.
Selangor recorded the highest number of cases with 6,974.
This was followed by Sabah (2,738) and Sarawak (2,548). While Putrajaya has 24 cases and Labuan recorded 1 case today.
