KOTA KINABALU, Feb 16 — The Public Sector Housing Financing Board (LPPSA) has launched a virtual platform (V-Plat) in Sabah to facilitate customers to communicate directly online with the customer service officers at its headquarters in Putrajaya.
LPPSA, in a statement today, said the V-Plat was officiated by Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz at the Kota Kinabalu Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) on Feb 13.
Its chief executive officer, Mohd Farid Nawawi, said V-Plat is a digital communication channel created to facilitate customers in Sabah to interact directly with customer service officers at LPPSA headquarters in Putrajaya.
The main focus of the implementation of the V-Plat is so that LPPSA customers get all the information on housing financing through the correct and accurate channels, he said in the same statement.
Apart from that, there was also a provision of facilities with smooth network coverage and good service quality from specialised agents operating the V-Plat system at LPPSA Putrajaya.
Among the services provided by V-Plat are advisory services, copies of application documents, account review, and eligibility calculation.
Through this service, customers can engage the officers directly, albeit virtually.
LPPSA V-Plat opens from Mondays to Fridays, from 8 am to 5 pm at LPPSA V-Plat counter, Third floor, M3-1, UTC Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman, 88000 Kota Kinabalu Sabah.
