Kunming, 1 Sept – Six hundred years ago, Zheng He had made seven voyages to the West. He visited Malaysia for several times and left many touching stories.
This great navigator’s hometown is on the southern shore of Dianchi Lake in Kunming, Yunnan. The moon has witnessed the friendship, communication and cooperation between Yunnan and Malaysia over the past 600 years, and also witnessed the thousands of years’ traditional pursuit of “reunion” of Chinese people .
As the Mid Autumn Festival is approaching, the photography exhibition of The Blooming Lotuses in Yunnan will be held in Malaysia, with 50 artworks from Chinese photographers to be shared. We all look forward to a connection and a “reunion” between people from Yunnan and Malaysia.
