Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz said proposals to further stimulate the electric vehicle market in Malaysia have been submitted to the Finance Ministry and these proposals include extending the sales tax exemption for EVs. He was speaking to reporters after the Volvo XC40 Recharge Pure Electric handover and vehicle charger inauguration ceremony at his ministry on Monday.
