All enforcement agencies have the right to take action against unlawful elements based on their respective jurisdictions, says Tan Sri Acryl Sani Abdullah Sani.
The Inspector-General of Police said Bukit Aman had always encouraged enforcement action by other agencies against elements that victimised the public.
