KOTA BHARU, April 20 — The Kelantan state government has declared April 25 (Tuesday) which is the 4th day of syawal, as a state public holiday, in conjunction with the Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration.
Kelantan Menteri Besar Datuk Ahmad Yakob said the decision was agreed upon and would be effective immediately.
“The state government has declared Tuesday (April 25) as a state holiday,” he said in a statement today.
The Keeper of the Rulers’ Seal announced today that Malaysians will be celebration Hari Raya Aidilfitri on Friday.
