Ukraine carried out an attack on the Feodosia area in Crimea, Sergey Aksenov, the head of Crimea, said on Telegram on Tuesday.
The port area is cordoned off, Aksenov said, adding that the detonation has stopped and the fire has been localized.
Earlier, loud blasts were heard over the Crimean town of Feodosia, Reuters reported, citing Russian telegram news outlets.
