KUALA LUPOUR, April 21 – Garuda Indonesia collaborates with Sunway Medical Center in Malaysia to provide discounted health examination fees for the Indonesian flag carrier’s passengers through the Boarding Pass True Value (BPTV) program.
Garuda Indonesia’s Country Manager in Malaysia, Fredrik Kaisiepo, said on Saturday that the program is one of the state airline’s efforts to add value to its passengers.
By showing their boarding pass and participating in the BPTV program, Garuda passengers flying to Malaysia can receive a 10 percent discount when purchasing health examination packages at Sunway Medical Center.
The discount does not apply to blood screening profiles, male and female marker tumor screening, pre-marital screening, or low-dose CT scans for lung cancer screening.
“Among Garuda passengers, some travel to Malaysia for medical treatment. With this program, we are helping them,” he said.
The discounted health examination fees through the BPTV program is valid for 12 months, from April 2024 to March 2025.
