PUTRAJAYA, May 4 – Amanah Saham Nasional Bhd’s (ASNB) Robo Investment Advisor (RIA) has attracted more than RM6 million in total investments as of May 2, 2024.
The unit trust and digital investment management arm of PNB introduced RIA via the myASNB app in March this year.
ASNB’s chief executive officer and executive director, Muzzaffar Othman said that approximately 60,000 of myASNB app’s three million users had registered with RIA, and between 16,000 and 17,000 of them have made investments totaling more than RM6 million.
He said this to reporters after the official launch of RIA at the IOI City Mall on Saturday, officiated by Permodalan Nasional Bhd’s (PNB) group chairman, Raja Tan Sri Arshad Raja Tun Uda.
In conjunction with the launch, visitors to the ASNB booth at the mall will have the opportunity to explore RIA and ASNB’s investment services, including opening a new account and updating their details from May 2-5.
According to ASNB, RIA provides an automatic portfolio selection consisting of ASNB’s Shariah-compliant funds, based on the individual’s risk assessment.
With its intuitive risk profiling and automatic rebalancing portfolio over time, RIA makes investing accessible to everyone, regardless of their level of experience or financial background.
