BEIJING, July 13 – China will send 405 athletes, including 42 Olympic champions, to the upcoming Olympic Games. The figures were confirmed as the Chinese delegation was unveiled in Beijing on Saturday.
A total of 269 female athletes and 136 male athletes will compete in the Games, which is scheduled to open on July 26 in Paris.
