GUILIN (China), Aug 22 – The Guilin Municipal Government is hoping to establish a sister city relationship with Kota Kinabalu in Sabah, Malaysia marking a significant step in enhancing bilateral ties between the two cities.

Director-General of Publicity Department of CPC Guilin Committee Li Jun said the invitation to attend the China-ASEAN Expo Tourism Exhibition (CAEXPO) 2024 has been extended to Kota Kinabalu City, and the event can be used as a platform to sign the Letter of Intent (LOI).
