LANGKAWI, Sept 14 – Berjaya Langkawi Resort has introduced a private chartered flight as part of its island holiday package, offering resort guests the convenience of flying directly from Subang SkyPark Terminal to Langkawi International Airport.

Berjaya Hospitality Group (group) general manager Pravir Mishra said the initiative is part of a broader strategy to boost tourism to the resort, aligning with the company’s vision to attract more travellers by offering a seamless travel experience.

The ‘Fly Me Away: Rainforest Escape’ package includes three days two nights accommodation with return flight.

“The ‘Fly Me Away’ package offers accommodation at the resort with the private chartered flight operated by Berjaya Air Sdn Bhd, allowing travellers to reach Langkawi within one hour.

“With the hassle-free journey, travellers will enjoy unparalleled comfort and convenience, allowing them to fully immerse in the beauty of Langkawi from the moment they embark on their journey,” he told reporters after the launch of Berjaya Air’s inaugural flight to Langkawi on Friday.

The ATR 72-500 aircraft has a maximum capacity of 68 seats and successfully carried 45 guests for the maiden flight.
