SINGAPORE, March 6 — Singapore Airlines (SIA) has announced further cancellation of flights to and from Dubai until March 15 amid the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.
This follows the airline’s announcement on Sunday (March 1) of the suspension of flights to and from Dubai until March 7.
The affected flights are SQ494, departing Singapore for Dubai, and SQ495, from Dubai to Singapore.
“As the situation remains fluid, other SIA flights may be affected. Customers may visit SIA’s Flight Status page for the latest information on their flights.
“Customers affected by the flight cancellations will be reaccommodated on alternative flights or can seek a full refund of the unused portion of their ticket,” it said in a travel advisory posted on its official Facebook page yesterday.
