Pakistan Sees Possibility of New Round of Iran-us Talks

TEHRAN, April 14 — Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif on Monday said that positive progress is being made in talks between Iran and the United States and that the possibility of further talks still exists, Mehr News Agency (MNA) reported, citing Aaj News.

Talking to the media, Khawaja Asif said a new round of talks between Iran and the United States is expected to begin soon, Aaj News reported.

He said that after recent contacts and discussions, overall satisfaction is being expressed, and no negative aspects have emerged so far.

The Pakistani defence minister further said that only positive news is being received regarding the talks, which is welcome for stability in the region.

He noted that all parties appear serious about resolving issues through talks.
