March 2026 Supplementary Electoral Roll Open For Review – EC

PUTRAJAYA, April 20 — The Supplementary Electoral Roll for March 2026 (DPT BLN3/2026) is open for review for 30 days until May 19, said Election Commission (EC) secretary Datuk Khairul Shahril Idrus.

He said DPT BLN3/2026, which was gazetted yesterday, contains the names of 40,958 citizens aged 18 and above during the period from March 1 to 31, 2026, who were automatically registered as new electors.

In addition, Khairul Shahril said it also includes 11,134 registered voters who changed their electoral constituencies and 965 voters who changed their voter category or status.

“The EC urges citizens aged 18 and above during the period from March 1 to 31, 2026, as well as any registered voters who have applied for a change of electoral constituency or voter category or status, to check their names in DPT BLN3/2026,” he said in a statement today.

He said checks can be made via the EC portal at the links https://www.spr.gov.my or https://mysprsemak.spr.gov.my, the official portal of the State Election Offices (http://ppn.spr.gov.my), the online application (https://myspr.spr.gov.my), the MySPR Semak mobile application, and via the hotline 03-8892 7218.

Khairul Shahril said that if voters find their names are not listed in DPT BLN3/2026, claims may be submitted by filling in Form C via the EC’s online application or by visiting the relevant state election office.

He added that registered voters who wish to object to the inclusion of names of voters who have changed constituencies may complete Form D via the EC’s online application or visit the relevant state election office.

Forms C and D can also be downloaded from the state election office portal at http://ppn.spr.gov.my and must be submitted to the respective state election director along with the objection fee during office hours throughout the review period of the DPT BLN3/2026.
