MADINAH, Aug 30 — Saudi Arabia’s government and service agencies in Madinah are providing an integrated system of high-quality services to ensure the comfort, safety, and spiritual enrichment of pilgrims and visitors to the Prophet’s Mosque, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
Field operations at the mosque include round-the-clock crowd management, sanitisation, Zamzam water distribution, and climate control, complemented by urban upgrades to surrounding pedestrian walkways, shaded areas, and accessible pathways for persons with disabilities.
Security, traffic, and municipal teams also maintain field oversight across local hospitality and commercial sectors.
These comprehensive services extend to key historical landmarks, including Quba Mosque and Mount Uhud, aligning with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to enrich the journeys of pilgrims and visitors.
