June 7 — The Chinese mainland recorded five new imported COVID-19 cases, one new domestic case and no new deaths on Saturday, according to China’s National Health Commission (NHC).
The commission also registered five new asymptomatic patients.
The total number of confirmed cases on the Chinese mainland stands at 83,036, the cumulative death toll at 4,634, and 236 asymptomatic patients are under medical observation.
Chinese health authorities said three patients were discharged on Saturday, bringing the total number of recovered cases to 78,332.
