MAGELANG, Central Java, Oct 26 – Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto and the ranks of Red and White Cabinet ministers are spending Thursday night at the Military Academy (Akmil) in Tidar Valley, Magelang, ahead of a retreat agenda on Friday.
This was conveyed by deputy for protocol, press, and media at the Presidential Secretariat, Yusuf Permana, in a statement released on Thursday.
“President Prabowo and his ranks of the Red and White Cabinet are spending the night at the Military Academy to continue the retreat activities tomorrow,” he informed.
During the welcoming ceremony, he walked down an honorary line of TNI (Indonesian Defense Forces) soldiers, accompanied by a marching band of Military Academy cadets.
Afterward, the President went to the Borobudur International Golf Club, located within the Military Academy premises, on a golf cart.
“On Friday, President Prabowo is scheduled to open the Red and White Cabinet Retreat. Ministers under the Cabinet will also receive briefings on several materials,” Permana said.
The retreat is one of the important agendas for the ministers and is expected to strengthen collaboration and coordination between the ministries under Prabowo’s administration.
