Scoot Suspends Flights to Jeddah Until March 17 Amid West Asia Conflicts

SINGAPORE, March 11 — Scoot, the low-cost subsidiary of Singapore Airlines (SIA), has cancelled more flights to and from Jeddah until March 17, 2026, due to the ongoing conflict in West Asia.

In an advisory note posted on its official website, the airline said affected flights were TR596 departing Singapore for Jeddah and TR597 from Jeddah to Singapore.

“Customers affected by the flight cancellations may request a full refund if they choose not to continue with their travel, or they may choose to rebook on alternative Scoot flights.

“Customers are also strongly advised to update their contact details via the ‘Manage My Booking’ function on our website or subscribe to a mobile notification service to receive updates to their flight status,” it said on Tuesday.

The budget carrier operated four flights a week between Singapore and Jeddah prior to the cancellations, and the latest cancellations follow the initial announcement on March 1 and subsequent announcement posted on March 6.
