KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 26 — SP Setia Bhd’s flagship township, Setia EcoHill, has secured AEON Style Supermarket as the anchor tenant for its Setia EcoHill Walk commercial mall, with the outlet scheduled to open on Dec 12, 2025.
In a statement, SP Setia said the supermarket will occupy 20,408 square feet (sq ft) at Setia EcoHill Mall, marking AEON’s first premium grocery concept outlet in Malaysia.
SP Setia president and chief executive officer Datuk Zaini Yusoff said AEON Style will serve the township’s growing community while attracting shoppers from the wider Semenyih and Bangi areas.
“We are confident AEON Style Supermarket will bring further vibrancy to our mature and thriving Setia EcoHill township, in line with Setia’s philosophy of creating sustainable communities and enriching lifestyles,” he said.
AEON Style focuses on enhancing the supermarket experience, offering a broader range of fresh produce, imported and Japanese goods, and organic items.
Setia EcoHill Mall, a 280,000 sq ft neighbourhood lifestyle mall with 2,000 parking bays, forms part of a strategic commercial precinct alongside Setia EcoHill Taipan and Setia EcoHill Walk, providing a vibrant marketplace catering to diverse community needs.
