Mereka sangat berminat dengan pasaran kita kerana apabila dibandingkan dengan negara lain di rantau Asia Tenggara, Malaysia masih merupakan antara pasaran kediaman paling mampu milik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBerbanding Bangkok dan Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur masih lebih mampu milik,\u201d katanya pada sidang akhbar suku pertama 2026 syarikat itu di sini hari ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurutnya kawasan seperti Lembah Klang dan Johor Bahru masih terus menarik minat pelabur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tan berkata Johor Bahru telah merekodkan pertumbuhan kira-kira 25 peratus, yang mencerminkan momentum kukuh seiring dengan pembangunan Johor walaupun ia bermula daripada tahap rendah berbanding Lembah Klang yang telah berkembang lebih awal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beliau berkata Johor masih mempunyai banyak potensi untuk berkembang, dan harga hartanah yang menarik serta pulangan sewaan yang menguntungkan terus menjadikan Malaysia sebagai destinasi menarik bagi pelabur asing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara itu, Tan berkata prestasi hartanah Malaysia untuk 2026 dijangka mengikuti trend pada 2025, dengan logistik perindustrian, pusat data dan hartanah kediaman dalam pembangunan berorientasikan transit (TOD) diunjurkan kekal sebagai segmen berprestasi tinggi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beliau berkata prestasi sektor hartanah terus bergantung kepada lokasi, dipengaruhi oleh faktor seperti dinamik pasaran tempatan, demografi, kebolehcapaian dan kesalinghubungan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KUALA LUMPUR, 27 Jan &#8212; Pasaran hartanah Malaysia terus menerima permintaan daripada pelabur asing pada 2026 walaupun ringgit semakin kukuh, disokong oleh harga hartanah mampu milik di rantau Asia Tenggara.
