{"id":115833,"date":"2026-02-22T10:16:38","date_gmt":"2026-02-22T02:16:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mcigroup.my\/?p=115833"},"modified":"2026-02-22T10:16:40","modified_gmt":"2026-02-22T02:16:40","slug":"kkm-pergiat-usaha-pengukuhan-kawalan-keselamatan-makanan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mcigroup.my\/ms\/berita-utama\/kkm-pergiat-usaha-pengukuhan-kawalan-keselamatan-makanan\/","title":{"rendered":"KKM Pergiat Usaha Pengukuhan Kawalan Keselamatan Makanan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>KUALA SELANGOR, 21 Feb &#8212; Kementerian Kesihatan (KKM) mempergiatkan usaha pengukuhan kawalan keselamatan makanan di semua peringkat bagi mencapai sasaran kadar kejadian keracunan makanan kurang 50 kes bagi setiap 100,000 populasi menjelang 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menteri Kesihatan Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad berkata sasaran itu merangkumi industri, premis makanan awam serta institusi pendidikan, selaras Pelan Tindakan Keselamatan Makanan Kebangsaan 2024-2030 serta Dasar Keselamatan Makanan Kebangsaan 2.0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beliau berkata untuk itu semua peniaga perlu memberi keutamaan kepada aspek kebersihan dan keselamatan makanan serta memastikan makanan yang dijual adalah bersih, berkualiti dan selamat dimakan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOrang ramai digalakkan mengamalkan konsep \u2018Perhati dan Pilih\u2019 dengan memilih premis yang bersih serta menitikberatkan kualiti makanan. Pengguna juga disaran mengamalkan langkah mudah \u2018Lihat, Hidu, Rasa\u2019 sebelum menikmati juadah berbuka puasa bagi mengurangkan risiko keracunan makanan,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beliau berkata demikian pada Walkabout Bazar Ramadan 2026 dan Pelancaran Kempen Kebersihan dan Keselamatan Makanan Bazar Peringkat Kebangsaan 2026 di Bazar Ramadan Lotus\u2019s Kuala Selangor di sini&nbsp;hari ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dzulkefly berkata pemantauan terhadap keselamatan dan kebersihan bazar Ramadan dimulakan sejak awal bulan ini melalui kerjasama semua Jabatan Kesihatan Negeri (JKN) bersama pihak berkuasa tempatan (PBT) untuk mendapatkan maklumat tapak dan jumlah gerai yang beroperasi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSehingga kini, lebih 200 sesi taklimat kebersihan dan pengendalian makanan selamat telah dianjurkan melibatkan 77,583 pemilik gerai di 1,274 tapak bazar Ramadan di seluruh negara.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSelain itu, pemeriksaan ke atas premis penyediaan makanan sebelum Ramadan turut meliputi restoran dan hotel yang menyediakan bufet berbuka puasa. Sejumlah 426 pemeriksaan telah dijalankan terhadap kilang ais, restoran dan hotel,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam pada itu, beliau berkata hanya satu aduan berkaitan kebersihan bazar Ramadan direkodkan dalam tempoh dua hari berpuasa melalui Sistem Pengurusan Aduan Awam (SiSPAA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, beliau mengingatkan pemilik premis perniagaan yang didapati menjual makanan basi sepanjang Ramadan ini bakal berdepan tindakan kompaun mengikut Akta Makanan 1983 manakala tindakan amaran akan diberikan kepada mana-mana peniaga bazar Ramadan yang dikesan melakukan kesalahan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam perkembangan berasingan, Dzulkefly berkata bekalan ubat-ubatan dijamin mencukupi walaupun berlaku sedikit pertambahan kes baharu Tuberkulosis (tibi) yang dikesan di seluruh negara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Media hari ini melaporkan sebanyak 596 kes baharu tibi dikesan di seluruh negara sehingga Minggu Epidemiologi keenam tahun ini (ME6\/2026) menjadikan bilangan keseluruhan kepada 3,161 kes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dzulkefly turut menasihatkan orang awam untuk mengamalkan etika batuk dan bersin yang betul serta memastikan pengudaraan yang baik di ruang tertutup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beliau sekali lagi menegaskan Ramadan bukan punca penularan penyakit itu, namun peningkatan aktiviti sosial dan perhimpunan sepanjang bulan ini secara umumnya meningkatkan interaksi dalam kalangan masyarakat. &nbsp;<br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KUALA SELANGOR, 21 Feb &#8212; Kementerian Kesihatan (KKM) mempergiatkan usaha pengukuhan kawalan keselamatan makanan di semua peringkat bagi mencapai sasaran kadar kejadian keracunan makanan kurang 50 kes bagi setiap 100,000 populasi menjelang 2030.
