{"id":127231,"date":"2026-03-25T13:21:32","date_gmt":"2026-03-25T05:21:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mcigroup.my\/?p=127231"},"modified":"2026-03-25T13:21:34","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T05:21:34","slug":"tnb-perkukuh-strategi-berteraskan-pekerja-bagi-kekalkan-prestasi-modal-insan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mcigroup.my\/ms\/berita-bisnes\/tnb-perkukuh-strategi-berteraskan-pekerja-bagi-kekalkan-prestasi-modal-insan\/","title":{"rendered":"TNB Perkukuh Strategi Berteraskan Pekerja Bagi Kekalkan Prestasi Modal Insan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>KUALA LUMPUR, 25 Mac \u2013 Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) terbukti berkembang dengan beralih daripada model sumber manusia tradisional kepada pendekatan yang lebih berteraskan \u201cPeople Experience\u201d atau pengalaman pekerja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendekatan itu mengiktiraf bahawa aspek kesejahteraan, penglibatan dan prestasi pekerja perlu diurus sebagai satu sistem tunggal berbanding keutamaan secara&nbsp;berasingan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ketika berkongsi perkara itu pada acara Leadership Roundtable Conference 2026 baru-baru ini, Ketua Pegawai Sumber Manusia dan Modal Insan (CPeO) TNB,&nbsp;Feldatun Sharif berkata perjalanan transformasi Reimagining TNB 2.0 (RT2.0) menekankan kepentingan kesiapsiagaan pekerja selari dengan pelaksanaan strategi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perbincangan pada persidangan itu mengetengahkan cabaran yang dihadapi organsasi dalam mengimbangi jangkaan prestasi dengan kemampanan tenaga kerja, khususnya ketika generasi baharu pekerja meletakkan penekanan lebih ketara terhadap tujuan, kesejahteraan serta fleksibiliti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RT2.0&nbsp;yang diberi nafas baharu pada 2023, menjadi asas transformasi TNB dalam&nbsp;menyepadukan kemampanan, strategi perniagaan serta pembaharuan organisasi dengan penekanan kukuh terhadap kesiapsiagaan tenaga kerja sebagai pengubah kritikal&nbsp;pelaksanaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beliau juga menyifatkan agenda transformasi secara meluas di peringkat organisasi itu telah membolehkan TNB meningkatkan lagi ketangkasan, mengukuhkan keupayaan tenaga kerja selain memantapkan disiplin pelaksanaan di tengah-tengah landskap tenaga yang pesat berkembang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feldatun turut menekankan usaha mempersiapkan pemimpin dan pekerja bagi perubahan menerusi pembangunan keupayaan berstruktur, tadbir urus kukuh serta penglibatan secara berterusan yang&nbsp;kekal kritikal dalam usaha mengekalkan prestasi dalam kepesatan perkembangan landskap tenaga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inisiatif-inisiatif ini, katanya, jelas memaparkan komitmen berterusan TNB dalam membina daya tahan pekerja sambil menyampaikan prestasi perniagaan yang mampan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada masa sama, organisasi yang berjaya mengintegrasikan kemampanan pekerja dalam strategi perniagaan, juga berada dalam kedudukan lebih baik untuk mengekalkan prestasi untuk&nbsp;jangka panjang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain inisiatif di bawah&nbsp;RT2.0, syarikat utiliti berkenaan turut melabur dalam tenaga kerja tenaga masa depan menerusi program latihan industri Better Brighter Internship Programme 2.0 (BBIP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Walaupun pada awalnya secara eksklusif untuk penuntut peringkat ijazah sarjana muda Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN)&nbsp;yang juga milik TNB, program berkenaan telah diperluaskan kepada penuntut sepenuh masa di serata Malaysia dalam usaha mendapatkan kumpulan bakat lebih besar, mewujudkan kepelbagaian dalam organisasi selain mengukuhkan lagi impak program ke atas pasaran tenaga kerja Malaysia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TNB pada masa ini mempunyai sebanyak&nbsp;34,939 pekerja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain menjadi menjadi syarikat utama penjanaan elektrik negara, TNB turut terbabit dalam pembekalan dan pengagihan elektrik&nbsp;di seluruh Semenanjung Malaysia&nbsp;manakala bekalan elektrik di Sabah dan Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan dikendalikan oleh anak syarikat miliknya, Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd (SESB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Setakat 30 September 2025, TNB telah membekalkan tenaga&nbsp;elektrik kepada lebih 11 juta pelanggan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain Malaysia, TNB juga bertapak di peringkat global iaitu di United Kingdom (UK), Ireland, Australia, T\u00fcrkiye, Arab Saudi, Kuwait, Pakistan dan Kemboja, terutama&nbsp;dalam pelaburan tenaga boleh baharu serta yang&nbsp;berkaitan tenaga.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KUALA LUMPUR, 25 Mac \u2013 Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) terbukti berkembang dengan beralih daripada model sumber manusia tradisional kepada pendekatan yang lebih berteraskan \u201cPeople Experience\u201d atau pengalaman pekerja.
