{"id":129135,"date":"2026-03-31T10:20:18","date_gmt":"2026-03-31T02:20:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mcigroup.my\/?p=129135"},"modified":"2026-03-31T10:20:19","modified_gmt":"2026-03-31T02:20:19","slug":"kepercayaan-terhadap-media-tradisional-masih-tinggi-dalam-era-perubahan-landskap-digital-fahmi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mcigroup.my\/ms\/pilihan-editor\/kepercayaan-terhadap-media-tradisional-masih-tinggi-dalam-era-perubahan-landskap-digital-fahmi\/","title":{"rendered":"Kepercayaan Terhadap Media Tradisional Masih Tinggi Dalam Era Perubahan Landskap Digital &#8211; Fahmi"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>KUALA LUMPUR, 30 Mac &#8212;\u00a0Tahap kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap media tradisional seperti televisyen, radio dan surat khabar kekal tinggi walaupun kebanyakan rakyat memperoleh maklumat awal melalui aplikasi media sosial, menurut kajian Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia (MCMC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menteri Komunikasi Datuk Fahmi Fadzil berkata kajian itu mendapati kira-kira 87 hingga 90 peratus rakyat Malaysia berusia antara 18 hingga 35 tahun mendapatkan maklumat pertama mengenai sesuatu isu melalui platform seperti WhatsApp,&nbsp;diikuti TikTok dan Facebook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNamun, tahap kepercayaan terhadap maklumat daripada platform ini adalah rendah, sekitar 40 hingga 50 peratus sahaja&#8230; berbeza dengan&nbsp;televisyen, radio dan surat khabar,&nbsp;mereka jarang baca tapi bila mereka temui, dengar dan menonton sesuatu, tahap kepercayaan itu sangat tinggi,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beliau berkata demikian ketika menjadi tetamu program Bicara Naratif&nbsp;<em>Penyiaran Era Digital: Kewibawaan Media Dalam Landskap Baharu<\/em>&nbsp;terbitan Radio Televisyen Malaysia (RTM) malam ini.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fahmi berkata dapatan itu mencerminkan satu paradoks dalam landskap media semasa&nbsp;apabila masyarakat mudah mengakses maklumat melalui telefon pintar&nbsp;namun pada masa sama, lebih mempercayai kandungan media arus perdana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seiring dengan itu, beliau berkata media di Malaysia kini berdepan cabaran yang semakin kompleks untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan kitaran berita&nbsp;khususnya dalam era penyebaran maklumat pantas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cJika dahulu, orang menunggu waktu tertentu seperti buletin utama pukul 8 malam untuk mendapatkan berita, kini ada ada&nbsp;<em>news flash<\/em>, maklumat boleh disebarkan pada bila-bila masa secara serta-merta,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fahmi juga berkata fenomena kandungan tular turut menambah tekanan kepada organisasi media dalam memastikan keseimbangan antara kepantasan dan ketepatan maklumat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKonsep tular ini antara yang paling digeruni media&#8230; jika kandungan tular itu positif tidak menjadi masalah&nbsp;namun jika sebaliknya, ia boleh memberi kesan buruk kepada masyarakat,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam konteks itu, beliau berkata pematuhan terhadap etika kewartawanan menjadi pembeza utama antara organisasi media dan kandungan yang dihasilkan oleh orang awam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDalam keadaan lambakan maklumat dan kemunculan teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan (AI), etika kewartawanan perlu terus menjadi teras bagi memastikan maklumat yang disampaikan adalah sahih dan boleh dipercayai,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mengulas lanjut, Fahmi berkata masyarakat ketika ini masih dalam fasa awal penerokaan teknologi AI&nbsp;namun menjangkakan berlaku peralihan semula kepada kandungan yang lebih asli dan berunsur manusiawi pada masa hadapan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara itu, Ketua Pengarah Penyiaran&nbsp;Ashwad Ismail pula berkata dalam landskap media yang dipacu algoritma, organisasi media perlu memperhalusi strategi dengan menghasilkan kandungan lebih khusus atau&nbsp;<em>niche&nbsp;<\/em>mengikut minat audiens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beliau turut menekankan keperluan kawal selia terhadap penggunaan AI bagi mengelakkan penyalahgunaan teknologi berkenaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDalam era teknologi yang semakin maju, manusia perlu terus diperkasa kerana baik atau buruk sesuatu teknologi bergantung kepada individu yang menggunakannya,\u201d kata beliau.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KUALA LUMPUR, 30 Mac &#8212;\u00a0Tahap kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap media tradisional seperti televisyen, radio dan surat khabar kekal tinggi walaupun kebanyakan rakyat memperoleh maklumat awal melalui aplikasi media sosial, menurut kajian Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia (MCMC).
