{"id":51333,"date":"2025-08-21T10:55:52","date_gmt":"2025-08-21T02:55:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mcigroup.my\/?p=51333"},"modified":"2025-08-21T10:55:53","modified_gmt":"2025-08-21T02:55:53","slug":"jpj-wpkl-sita-tiga-bas-henti-henti-dalam-ops-harian","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mcigroup.my\/ms\/pilihan-editor\/jpj-wpkl-sita-tiga-bas-henti-henti-dalam-ops-harian\/","title":{"rendered":"JPJ WPKL Sita Tiga Bas Henti-henti Dalam Ops Harian"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>KUALA LUMPUR, 21 Ogos &#8212; Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan (JPJ) Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur menyita tiga bas henti-henti dalam Ops Harian yang dijalankan di sekitar kawasan tumpuan pelancong di pusat bandaraya,\u00a0Ahad lepas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pengarah JPJ WPKL Hamedi Adam berkata ketiga-tiga bas perkhidmatan awam itu didapati melakukan pelbagai kesalahan serius termasuk lesen kenderaan motor (LKM) yang tamat tempoh sejak April dan Jun 2025 serta sijil pemeriksaan Pusat Pemeriksaan Kenderaan Berkomputer (Puspakom) yang luput pada Mei dan Jun lalu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKesemua bas berkenaan dipandu oleh warga tempatan dan tindakan penguatkuasaan telah diambil dengan saman dikeluarkan kepada pemandu dan pemilik kenderaan mengikut peruntukan di bawah Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 (Akta 333) serta peraturan-peraturan berkaitan,\u201d katanya dalam kenyataan hari ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hamedi berkata JPJ memandang serius sebarang bentuk ketidakpatuhan, khususnya melibatkan kenderaan awam yang membawa penumpang pelancong dan warga kota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPenguatkuasaan ini adalah sebahagian daripada komitmen berterusan JPJ dalam memastikan keselamatan pengguna jalan raya dan integriti sistem pengangkutan awam sentiasa terpelihara,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurut Hamedi, orang awam digalakkan menyalurkan maklumat berkaitan pelanggaran undang-undang melalui saluran rasmi seperti aplikasi MyJPJ: e-Aduan atau e-mel aduantrafik@jpj.gov.my dengan butiran lengkap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cJPJ WPKL komited dalam memastikan setiap kenderaan di jalan raya mematuhi undang-undang demi keselamatan semua.
