{"id":64612,"date":"2025-09-30T08:06:36","date_gmt":"2025-09-30T00:06:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mcigroup.my\/?p=64612"},"modified":"2025-09-30T08:06:37","modified_gmt":"2025-09-30T00:06:37","slug":"syarikat-telekomunikasi-australia-alami-gangguan-kedua-jejaskan-panggilan-kecemasan-dalam-10-hari","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mcigroup.my\/ms\/berita-dunia\/syarikat-telekomunikasi-australia-alami-gangguan-kedua-jejaskan-panggilan-kecemasan-dalam-10-hari\/","title":{"rendered":"Syarikat Telekomunikasi Australia Alami Gangguan Kedua, Jejaskan Panggilan Kecemasan Dalam 10 Hari"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>SYDNEY, 29 Sept &#8212; Syarikat telekomunikasi kedua terbesar Australia, Optus, pada Isnin melaporkan gangguan rangkaian kedua dalam tempoh 10 hari yang menjejaskan panggilan kecemasan, lapor Xinhua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Optus, anak syarikat milik penuh konglomerat Singapura, Singtel, memaklumkan gangguan itu menjejaskan panggilan telefon di negeri pantai timur New South Wales (NSW) antara 3 pagi hingga 12.20 tengah hari waktu tempatan pada Ahad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurut Optus, sembilan panggilan ke talian kecemasan Australia, Triple Zero, gagal dilakukan sepanjang tempoh gangguan itu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pihaknya telah mengesahkan dengan polis bahawa semua pemanggil yang cuba menghubungi Triple Zero berada dalam keadaan selamat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dianggarkan 4,500 pelanggan terjejas akibat gangguan itu yang berpunca daripada masalah di sebuah menara telefon mudah alih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ini menandakan insiden kedua Optus dalam masa 10 hari yang menjejaskan panggilan kecemasan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gangguan sebelum ini pada 18 Sept menyebabkan kira-kira 600 panggilan ke Triple Zero gagal dan dikaitkan dengan empat kematian termasuk seorang bayi berusia lapan minggu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menteri Komunikasi Australia, Anika Wells, berkata Optus akan berdepan tindakan tegas susulan gangguan 18 Sept yang menjejaskan pelanggan di kawasan tengah dan barat negara itu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada November 2024, Pihak Berkuasa Komunikasi dan Media Australia mengenakan denda sebanyak A$12 juta (kira-kira US$7.9 juta) ke atas Optus ekoran gangguan rangkaian seluruh negara pada November 2023, yang menyebabkan 2,145 orang gagal menghubungi Triple Zero.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SYDNEY, 29 Sept &#8212; Syarikat telekomunikasi kedua terbesar Australia, Optus, pada Isnin melaporkan gangguan rangkaian kedua dalam tempoh 10 hari yang menjejaskan panggilan kecemasan, lapor Xinhua.
