KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 28 – Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has extended his warmest greetings and congratulations to Persatuan Usahawan China di Malaysia (PUCM) for successfully organising the China Smart Industry Trade Exhibition in Malaysia.
In his message for the upcoming 6th edition of the exhibition, the Prime Minister praised PUCM for its meaningful contributions in strengthening ties between the Malaysian business community and Chinese entrepreneurs based in the country.
He expressed confidence that the exhibition would pave the way for deeper collaboration and foster mutual economic growth between Malaysia and China.
Describing the exhibition as an important platform for bilateral exchange, he highlighted its role in promoting smart industry, digital innovation, and advanced technologies.
Such initiatives, he noted, are essential in advancing economic development and enhancing long-term cooperation between both nations.
The Prime Minister added that he is confident the 6th CSITE will generate valuable opportunities for partnership and mutual benefit. He also commended all exhibitors and participants for their efforts in making the event a success.
He concluded his message by extending his best wishes for the continued success of the exhibition.
Anwar met PUCM President Datuk Keith Li who were attended the Prime Minister’s Iftar with the Media at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Putrajaya on Friday.
On that occasion, Li presented Anwar a copy of his memoir, “My 30 Years in Malaysia”, which chronicles his experiences in the country.
