KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 2 — Touch ’n Go Sdn Bhd (Touch ’n Go) has made its multiuse Business Card available for individual purchase, offering a sustainable networking solution that integrates digital contact sharing with everyday transit payment functions.
Priced at an introductory rate of RM49.90, the card enables professionals, entrepreneurs, freelancers, and businesses to exchange and update contact details digitally via near-field communication (NFC) tap or QR code scan, significantly reducing reliance on traditional paper name cards.
Beyond digital networking, the card retains full Touch ’n Go NFC payment functionality, allowing cardholders to pay for highway tolls, parking, and supported public transport services across the country.
Touch ’n Go chief executive officer Praba Sangarajoo said the card was developed to cater to individuals seeking practical tools that bridge professional life and daily mobility.
“With this new multi-use Business Card, we are offering users a practical companion that supports both personal and professional moments. Beyond making it easier to connect, it provides an alternative for those who are increasingly conscious about unnecessary printing and keeping their information up to date.
“By combining digital networking with the mobility convenience of Touch ’n Go, we wanted to create one card that serves multiple purposes and fits naturally into the way Malaysians live, work and move,” he said in a statement today.
Recipients of the digital profile can view key information such as phone numbers, email addresses, company details, profile photos, and professional links and save the contact directly to their devices without requiring card reprinting when details change.
The company also introduced a Teams Mode option for corporate clients, enabling organisations to procure customised cards featuring corporate branding and company logos for team-wide deployment.
